Shipping policy

At Suga and Che’, each order is prepared with care. Please allow 3–10 business days for processing before your order ships. During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, Suga and Che' is no longer liable for the order. Suga and Che' is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed or damaged packages. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and carrier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not able to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
